Dr. Alyssa is passionate about helping her patients reach their full potential. She uses a personalized, hands-on approach, incorporating techniques such as IASTM, mobilization with movement, dry needling, and cupping with movement to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to her expertise in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, Dr. Alyssa specializes in treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), somatosensory tinnitus, and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD/hEDS). She prioritizes identifying the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction, providing thoughtful, holistic care with the goal of improving function and helping patients avoid surgery whenever possible.
Dr. Alyssa also has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. She enjoys working with patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, headaches, balance disorders, and post-concussion symptoms, supporting them in returning to daily life and the activities they love with confidence.
